1. Who you are contracting with

Your contract is with Bluetech Digital, S.L. (Unipersonal), CIF B16740300, VAT ESB16740300, registered at Calle Gran Via 40, 8, Oficina 1, 28013 Madrid, Spain. Using the site means you accept these terms.

2. Accounts

You need an account to buy and manage eSIMs. Keep your credentials secure and give accurate details; you are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old.

3. Plans and service

• Plans are prepaid, data-only, and valid for the stated number of days from activation.
• Coverage depends on partner networks in each destination and on your device supporting eSIM and being carrier-unlocked.
• Unlimited plans are for personal use; sustained abusive use may be traffic-managed.
• Voice and SMS are not included.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars and include any applicable taxes at checkout. Payment is taken at the time of order and the eSIM is delivered digitally to your account.

5. Right of withdrawal and refunds

As digital content supplied immediately, the 14-day withdrawal right ends once the eSIM profile has been installed or data used, which you acknowledge at checkout. Unused, uninstalled eSIMs can be refunded within 30 days. If a plan cannot connect in a covered destination and support cannot resolve it, we refund in full.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use the service for unlawful activity, network abuse, resale, or permanent use outside travel purposes.

7. Liability

We provide the service with reasonable skill and care but do not guarantee uninterrupted coverage. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the plan concerned. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including statutory consumer rights.

8. Changes and law

We may update these terms; the version published at the time of your order applies. Spanish law governs, with the courts of Madrid competent, without affecting consumer protections in your country of residence. Complaints: legal@tryroamly.shop.
