1. Data controller

2. What we collect

• Account data: name, email address, authentication identifiers.
• Order data: plans purchased, destination, price, order and activation records.
• Technical data: device and browser information, and basic usage logs.

Card details are handled by our payment provider; we do not store full card numbers.

3. Why and on what legal basis

• To provide the account and deliver eSIM plans — performance of a contract.
• To provide support and prevent fraud — legitimate interests.
• To meet tax and accounting duties — legal obligation.
• To send marketing messages — your consent, withdrawable at any time.

4. Sharing

We share data only with processors that help us run the service — hosting and database providers, connectivity partners in your destination, payment providers and email delivery — under contract and only as needed. Transfers outside the EEA rely on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

5. Retention

Account and order records are kept while your account is active and then for the statutory accounting period (six years in Spain). Marketing consent records are kept until withdrawn.

6. Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, or object to processing, by writing to legal@tryroamly.shop. You can also complain to the Spanish data protection authority (AEPD, aepd.es) or your local supervisory authority.
